RALLY AGAINST THE BAN!
Well you have another chance to rally against the ban. The transfer of Forrest is going to occur Friday, August 29 at 4:30pm at DMAS (Denver Muicipal Animal Shelter) and my thought is that while we have the media there and there is momentum, we voice our opinion. At least have a group there to show support. So if you can make it, that would be great! I think the public awareness of this issue is really increasing and it is our best bet to get this law repealed.

FREE FORREST
Hello,
As many of you know, Forrest is still in the confines of Denver’s animal shelter. If you are not aware of what is going on, please click on the links below to get more details.
No decision has been made at this time as to Forrest’s fate and whether the city will choose to euthanize him. I have contacted the Mayor and Doug Kelley in hopes of getting some sort of response, but I have heard nothing back yet. I implore all of you, whether you are here in Colorado or not, to contact Mayor John Hickenlooper, Doug Kelley (animal control director) and other city officials in hopes to persuade them to make the just and fair decision to FREE FORREST. In addition, please spread the word about this very heartbreaking matter.
If we do not hear something soon, I would propose we move forward with plans for a rally.
Let me know your thoughts, ideas, etc. and thank you in advance for your help!
Best, Jennifer Reba Thomaidis
